I'm looking for an item that I can't find in the plasticpop shop! Can I still order these from plasticpop?
If you find out that a product (such as dolls, wigs, doll clothing, accessories, etc.) is not in our shop, do not hesitate to ask us about your request via e-mail, indicating the item name and maybe links. We will do our best to fulfill your wish!
What are order requests and how does it work?
If you're interested in a doll, that we don't have listed in our shop or that is already sold out at the manufacturer, we can still try to obtain them at request.
Please send us an email with details of the exact name and - if known - the manufacturer of the desired doll. Should we manage to get the doll, we will immediately send you a quote with the current price. Only after your confirming of this price and stating your customer number, we order the doll for you.
If you order a requested doll, please pay attention to the following:
Since this dolls are partly old and/or sold-out at the manufacturer, we can't get spare parts from the manufacturer or wholesaler in some cases. Please note, therefore, before purchasing an old doll: although we do our best to control the dolls before we send them out to you, it can happen that there may be defects or stainings. Especially with older models, it often happens that clothing stained the body, that the plastic is damaged, etc. For this we can unfortunately do not offer any warranty. Ordering desired old dolls or items is not the main part of the plasticpop shop, it's just a customer service. Please order the old dolls only, if you are aware that you may have to repair this doll, e.g. such as exchange of the body etc.
If you desire a Doll have ordered, we must insist on a decline, as they will be ordered exclusively for you by us. We take this back to a number of international suppliers and must therefore consider the current exchange rates. Our offers are thus unfortunately only for two weeks, please take account of this in your purchase plans.
When do I have to pay this order?
The total amount of your order is payable within eight days after you receive an order confirmation from us. We usually send that as soon as we've got the confirmation from our suppliers that we'll get the doll guaranteed. Since we also have to wait some time until we receive this confirmation, it is possible that there are a few days between your order and our order confirmation.
